I love to serve and be connected to people whether that’s my with grown daughters, friends, preschool kids, or our clients.
Shelley’s Cogence Group adventure started with her husband Jay in 2006. Shelley continues to oversee the administration of the firm and provides forensic accounting analysis on engagements where QuickBooks accounting records are involved.
Before joining Cogence Group Shelley was a stay-at-home mom raising two daughters. Before that she worked in various internal accounting positions for closely-held businesses in Portland and Sydney Australia. Shelley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in fashion merchandising from Oregon State University where she met Jay in 1982.
For fun, Shelley enjoys traveling to new and familiar places around the world. She also loves to cook, do puzzles, and discover new dark chocolate treats.
