Rosita is the newest member of our team, joining Cogence Group in 2026. Her past experience in public and private accounting will allow her to play a key role in our financial forensics and business valuation services.

Before joining Cogence Group, Rosita spent two years at PwC where she served clients in retail and consumer industries. She then spent two years in Financial Reporting at NW Natural, followed by two years in Corporate Accounting at Portland General Electric. Through these roles, Rosita developed experience in both client-facing and internal accounting environments, giving her a well-rounded perspective and a strong understanding of the financial and operational challenges clients face.

Rosita holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Oregon State University and a Master's Degree in Accounting from the University of Oregon. In 2022, she became a licensed CPA and belongs to the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Outside of work, Rosita enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring Portland’s food scene, and traveling to sunny destinations whenever possible. She’s always curious to experience something new,  whether that means discovering a new spot in the city or getting lost in a great book or TV series.
