Since joining Cogence Group in 2019, Megan has spent her time helping business owners and attorneys make sense of complicated financial situations. Whether she’s quantifying economic damages, determining the value of a closely held business, or analyzing financial records for litigation, Megan is known for turning complex numbers into insights clients can actually use. Her work combines technical expertise with clear, practical guidance, so clients feel confident making decisions based on her analysis.
In 2025, Megan became only the second person in Cogence Group’s 20-year history to be named Principal, highlighting her expertise, leadership, and impact within the firm.
Prior to Cogence Group, Megan worked as an Assurance Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Portland, managing multiple audit engagements, meeting tight deadlines, and refining the analytical and communication skills that define her work today. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Oregon, and has since grown into a trusted advisor and mentor.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys exploring new restaurants, playing card and board games, reading thrillers, binging too much reality TV, and honing her gardening skills. She also serves as Treasurer and Board Member of Dynasty House Foundation, a nonprofit started by her childhood and high school soccer coach, supporting educational and community initiatives.
